The Institute of Information Systems (IWI) – Information Management at the University of Bern, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher (100%) in the field of Digital Transformation and Digital Business. The position is embedded in the research group led by Prof. Dr. Christian Matt, whose work addresses the strategic dimensions of digital transformation, and the responsible design and use of AI in organizations, with results published in leading international journals.
We are looking for an ambitious early-career researcher who wants to build a strong and independent scholarly profile and to publish in the leading journals of the field. The position provides an excellent environment for high-impact research and close mentoring.
