Duties:
- teaching classes, especially in the field of psychology of emotion and motivation or cognitive psychology or developmental psychology
- conducting a master's seminar
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original curricula for classes
- organizational activities for the Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznan
- organizing the didactic process
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in psychology or related disciplines (obtained no later than September 30, 2025) and a master's degree in psychology
- teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychology of emotions and motivation or cognitive psychology or developmental psychology
- experience in active participation in scientific conferences is welcome
- a scientific output in the area of psychology of emotions and motivation or cognitive psychology or developmental psychology certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals is welcome.
- fluent knowledge of the Polish language
- willingness to teach on weekdays and/or weekends
- commitment to declare employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

- CV with a list of teaching, scientific and organizational achievements with direct reference to the eligibility criteria stated above
- a scan of the document confirming receipt of a master's degree and a doctoral degree
- statements confirming knowledge of foreign languages at the required level
Formal criteria:
- academic achievements - 20% of the final assessment
- teaching achievements - 50% of the final assessment
- organizational and practical achievements - 30% of the final assessment
