Duties:
- conducting high quality teaching activities
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original programs of classes
- organizing the didactic process
- conducting scientific research - successful applications for grant proposals, publishing in high-scoring international periodicals
- raising funds for scientific research
- publishing research results in high-scoring journals and monographs
- improving research workshop
- organizing scientific conferences and seminars
- participating in scientific life and organizational work within the Department of Social Sciences
- participating in the work of the Department on new didactic projects), consulting study programs, readiness to undertake tasks related to student affairs (student care, organizational work)
- organizational activities for the benefit of the Department
- availability and full focus on academic work
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in the social sciences, in the discipline of sciences in management and quality sciences or a related field (obtained no later than September 30, 2025)
- minimum of one year of experience in teaching students and preparing teaching materials
- professional experience gained outside the university
- experience in raising funds for the organization's activities and implementation of projects
- experience in popularization and commercialization of scientific research results
- scientific publications
- participation in the implementation of national and international grants (as a manager and/or contractor)
- awards and prizes for scientific activities
- active participation in national and international scientific conferences
- fluency in Polish and English (to the extent that allows for teaching and participation in international research projects)
- research interests in the area of management and quality sciences
- willingness to work on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
Nice to have:
- experience in organizing the didactic process (planning and organization of didactic classes, preparation of teaching loads for lecturers, preparation of regulations, procedures and instructions on didactics, implementation of new didactic programs)
- experience in the role of thesis Promoter(s)
- experience in organizing scientific conferences
- experience in conducting trainings, workshops and trainings
