Assistant Professor

Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw
Department of Management
Teaching hours: 360 hours

Duties:
- conducting teaching activities
- performing organizational activities for the benefit of the Faculty
- improving the workshop of an academic teacher
- developing original course programs
- organizing the didactic process
- availability and full focus on academic work
Requirements:
- a doctoral degree in the social sciences, in the discipline of sciences management and quality sciences or a related field
- a minimum of one year of experience in teaching students and preparing teaching materials
- fluent knowledge of Polish and English (to the extent that allows teaching)
- professional experience gained outside the university
- experience in conducting training, workshops and trainings
- readiness to work on weekends
- declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
Nice to have:
- experience in organizing the didactic process (planning and organization of didactic classes, preparation of teaching loads for lecturers, preparation of regulations, procedures and instructions on didactics, implementation of new didactic programs)
- experience in the role of thesis Promoter(s)
- experience in conducting training, workshops and trainings

- statement confirming knowledge of a foreign language at the required level
Formal criteria:
- academic achievements: 20% of the final score
- teaching achievements: 60% of the final score
- practical and administrative achievements: 30% of the final score
