YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a team dedicated to the advanced control of Power Electronic Systems.
  • Participate on the extension of a toolchain for a custom Hardware-in-the-Loop Testsystem.
  • Evaluation and design of a real-world power electronic demonstrator for research purposes.
  • Commissioning of the demonstrator in the laboratory.
  • Verification and improvement of the code generation toolchain.
  • Collaboration in scientific publications.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master degree in Embedded Systems / Computer or Control Engineering / Electronics
  • Fundamental knowledge in Microcontroller, FPGA and SoC systems
  • Fundamental knowledge in Control Engineering & Power Electronic Systems
  • Experience with Matlab & Simulink
  • Experience with C/C++ programming and automatic code generation beneficial
  • Experience with embedded Linux and Python beneficial
  • Highly enthusiastic and motivated, willingness to learn.
  • Self-organized and target-oriented working style.
  • Good communications skills, fluency in English, both written and spoken.

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group E. We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your experience and qualifications. For this position, your minimum monthly salary starts with EUR 3.520, paid 14 times a year.
