Description of the research activity:

The researcher will work in the area of Management Engineering and operate within such a research group at the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, contributing to the research area “Industrial Engineering and Automation.” In particular, research activities will focus on the topic of digital transformation and sustainability in enterprises and supply chains, from an organizational-management perspective. A variety of methodological approaches are expected to be used, including case studies, surveys, and secondary data. Scientific production of at least one international journal article per year and contribution to the group's externally funded project acquisition and third mission activities is expected.
